Honoring and Serving Those Who Served Us , the Chateau Elan Military Support Foundation (CEMSF) functions as a hub for community resources providing direct support for our veteran's basic needs, Since 2019, the Chateau Elan Military Support
Foundation has raised over $300,000 to assist military veterans and their families with life changing support.
With over 90% of all funds raised going directly towards the needs of veterans, CEMSF has provided support in multiple ways including:

Veteran Projects: In 2020/2023-The Chateau Elan Military Support Foundation has provided over $300,000 in financial support to veterans in north Georgia. A few of those giving projects are listed below.
Foundation has raised over $300,000 to assist military veterans and their families with life changing support.
With over 90% of all funds raised going directly towards the needs of veterans, CEMSF has provided support in multiple ways including:
- Helping 6 veteran families with housing repairs, bathroom remodeling, and handicap ramps to accommodate disabilities
- Providing temporary housing for 5 homeless veteran families
- Providing financial support for burial services for 4 veterans
- Purchasing a vehicle for the PTSD Foundation for veteran transportation
- Providing financial support for the PTSD Foundation’s Camp Hope program
- Holding quarterly food drives for the Barrow County Veterans Resource Center

- Marine Veteran-family of 6. Provided temporary hotel/housing for 2 weeks, food, gas & clothing
- Assisted with 96 year old WWII Veteran-Francis Turner-- Burial in NY-oldest living Scout in America. Paid for burial services, transportation to NY for the ceremony including travel expenses for his care-giver.
- Army Veteran Home repairs in partnership with Gary Sinise Foundation.
- Vietnam Veteran-Car repairs
- Barrow County veterans Resource Center-Winder- We deliver quarterly non-perishable food items to their Pantry, adopted 8 needy families over the Christmas holidays, Donated $8,000 to cover operational expenses, cover annual storage unit expenses.
- Army Veteran- built a handicap Ramp in his home
- Montel Williams Military Make Over- Our Foundation provided volunteers and financial support for a Marine family of 4- helping with the cost of the home remodel.
- Habitat For Humanity-Veteran Home Build- Provided financial support and labor for a new home build for a single army veteran mom and her daughter.
- In 2021, Assisted 2 Veterans with moving into temporary housing, food and clothing in partnership with the PTSD Foundation and Winder Veterans Resource Center.
- PTSD Foundation- Provided Veteran home support with the purchase & repair of home; $10K donation to support Camp Hope program; purchased an automobile to transport Veterans to and from appointments; provide food donations for weekly group meetings.
- Home Flooring repair from Flood- Assisted single veteran mother with flooring damage due to flooding.
- Army Veteran with mobility issues- remodeled the Bathroom to accommodate his physical limitations.
- Annual Coat Drive for Veterans- Collected coats and other winter wear for Veterans in the community.
- Annual Food Drive-provide non-perishable food to the Barrow County Veterans Resource Center in Winder-3 to 4 times a year.
- Annual Christmas Family Adoption Program-Provide Christmas gifts for 3-4 veteran families in need.
- Housing Assistance- Provided furniture, bedding and other house hold needs to Army Veteran.
- Blankets for Seniors in Assisted Living-in partnership with Deaton Creek Military Support Group.
- Homeless Vietnam Veteran- provided hotel stay, food and other support in partnership with the Winder Veterans Resource Center.
- Burial Service-paid for Burial of Army Veteran.
- Bathroom Remodel- remodeling projects for 2 different veterans with mobility issues.
